Problem framing first — recast a portal brief into a rule-based decision engine. Scalable information architecture, interaction design across 4 evaluation dimensions and 50+ conversational intents. No prior reference. Built from scratch.
MS Pulse
Security portal redesign for 180K+ employees. Mentored a team of 3 designers. Contributed to the Microsoft Fluent Design System. Design rationale-first: full content audit and research synthesis before any screens — then WCAG 2.1 AA accessible experiences throughout.
Closing Workflow
UPN mapping and Elements.cloud to surface 15+ friction points across compliance-critical Salesforce nCino workflows before touching the UI. Workflow optimization and audit readiness built into the redesigned closing flows using nCino's embedded guardrails.
Pump Ecosystem
Defined north star vision and end-to-end design strategy for a connected infusion pump SaaS ecosystem — mobile, device, and embedded experiences. Contextual inquiry and workflow mapping in clinical environments. Edge cases and error states validated against UX metrics before ship.
Management
Redesigned a broken three-party construction draw workflow for lenders, contractors, and property owners. Simplified document-heavy submissions, surfaced real-time status visibility, and reduced the bottlenecks and rejection cycles that were trapping capital and driving support load.
